History:
The School was established in the year 1952. It is one of the ancient Schools in the Dhalai District. To start with it was a Primary School. Later on, it had been upgraded from Primary to Upper Primary in the year 1960 and then upper Primary to High in 1972 A.D. and after that High to Higher Secondary in 1982 A.D. From the very beginning, it was a coeducational School. In Higher, Secondary level students have the facility to study in Arts stream or in Science stream.
